It’s been a good week for LPGA Tour up-and-comer Amy Hung. Amy was part of Team Asia at the Lexus Cup, a Team Asia that crushed the International squad in the Ryder Cup-style competition that ended today.
Earlier in the week, it was announced that Amy has signed on as spokesperson for the Survivor Celebration and Marathon of Miracles Foundation. The MOM Foundation and its Survivor Celebration

October 1st, 2007 — Amy Hung from The Squire @ Golf Babes
Great finish for Amy Hung at the Navistar LPGA Classic. She closed with a 63, her personal best on the LPGA by two strokes, and climbed from well-back up to sixth place. That continues her best year on the LPGA so far in her career, moving Amy up to 42nd on the money list.

Amy Hung has been a member of the LPGA Tour since 2004, but in 2007 she has already surpassed her previous best mark for earnings. Beginning in 2004, she ranked 118th, 82nd and then 70th last year on the money list, with career-best winnings of $148,157 last year. As this post is written, Amy Hung is tied for second following the second round of the U.S. Women’s Open. A native of Taiwan, Amy now lives in Las Vegas where she works with instructors at the Butch Harmon Academy.
Amy has been a member of the LPGA Tour since 2004, improving each year. In 2004 she finished 118th on the money list, in 2005 82nd, in 2006 70th. So far in 2007 she has made the cut
